Ordinary returns

You may return an unused, unwashed item in its original condition. Your return must be sent within 30 calendar days after you receive the item.

Return shipping costs

For an ordinary return, you buy the return postage and pay the return shipping cost. Ordinary return postage is not reimbursed. We do not provide a free return label for ordinary returns.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, contact us so we can arrange the return. Clover Women's Clothing pays the necessary, reasonable return shipping costs for these issues.

We do not charge a restocking fee or return handling fee.

Refunds

We process a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving a return that meets this policy's conditions. Refunds go to the original payment method, with no additional refund fee.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. The 14-day period is our refund processing time, not a guarantee of when the funds will appear in your account.

Exchanges

We offer returns for refunds rather than voluntary exchanges. You may place a new order for a different item after requesting a return.

This ordinary return policy does not limit any rights that apply when goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by applicable law.
