Delivery area and shipping charge

We offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. delivery addresses, with no minimum order amount. The standard shipping charge is $0.00 USD. Delivery availability is shown when you enter your address at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

The daily cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders placed before the cutoff on a processing day enter that day's processing queue. Orders placed at or after 2:00 p.m., on a weekend or on a holiday enter the queue on the next processing day. Eastern Time follows local daylight saving time.

Transit time

Standard shipping takes 2–4 delivery business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery business days are Monday through Friday; weekends and applicable public holidays do not count toward this estimate.

Order processing and transit usually take a combined 3–7 business days. The cutoff time, weekends and holidays affect the estimated arrival date.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you about the delay and explain your choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
